As an Office Assistant you will be responsible for providing first-class business support for our Serviced Office, Virtual Office, and Coworking clients.

Duties Include
- Manager’s sales assistant
- Courier and mail arrangements
- Office administrative support such as fax and photocopy handling
- Assisting our clients & their guests with their meeting requirements
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of our prestigious premises
- Banking, mail, filing, photocopying
- Word processing
- Switchboard & reception relief
- A welcoming smile with a "nothing is too much trouble" attitude!
